Which Karcher ?

  Shed.
Ya. Im due to buy a new one. I want a good one, im thinking the karcher 2.97 for £100 which i get discount on.

But should i stick with a normal one like a £50 one or somehting. Do i really need one like that? Id get the 3.99 but i think the extras it comes with are un necessary tbh.

Just got a halogen floodlamp from my grandad too which im pretty chuffed about, guna help me out a ton lol.

Mine is 110 bar pressure which is plenty powerfull enough and still small enough to fit in the car boot if needed.

Any more powerfull is a bit dangerous IMO, we used to use one at work which was the size of a small car, weighed a ton and could go up to 90 degrees. Sometimes it pulled paint of cars on corners and where paint had been damaged, just seemed like a bit of overkill! Although the heated water was pretty good except needed to use diesel to power that.

I'm going to try cleaning my mum's car in a bit so will take some photos of it and how well it works with the Foam Lance for you mate.

As promised...can't remember what dilution rate I had it at but you get the idea...plenty powerfull enough for cleaning cars whilst still being relatively safe...

I've got that model! As you say powerful enough but also small enough to carry in the car.

No worries Michael, I am very impressed with it TBH. I think if you had any more power you would just end spraying foam everywhere rather than the car...I keep spunking over my neighbours house as it is!

Think the Karcher I have cost £60 or something like that from Argos.

Just bought a k2.99 from tescos for £75 as they have a special offer on with 25% off all their diy crap.

Think you can get a remanufactured one a little bit cheaper of ebay but i'd rather have a warranty and the ability to take it back to tescos should any thing go wrong.

As far as pressure washers go it's pretty good to be honest the bonus is it has that automatic switch off when you release the trigger.

Might be worth a look.
