Which manifold

Which exhaust manifold and down pipe are best for my car I have chipped and cammed williams lump. Am i better of with these parts from the williams (tubular style) or valver (cast style).

as far as i know the willy manifold is a good bit of kit!!!

Supersprint 4-2-1 is the best but pricy.
