which of these would you recommend?

Apex are what gave me a slipped disc and loosened all my teeth! That or old age :D

Running quite low with 16" Superleggeras and its hard as nails. Corners like a train though. As you can see it sits quite low but you do lose out in comfort.

I had Apex springs. Fine for the road/looks but utter dog shite if you intend track work.

(I can't see your car in your profile, so you may not want to use it on track! lol)

apex are good mate, had them on mine for a while now, not as much of a hard ride as ppl make out imo.

They can be ok depending on road surface, but running 16" or 17" with 40/45 profiles might make you change your mind.

i mostly use my car for going to/from work/the mrs' anyway :rasp:

so won't be using it on track or anything

all i'm worried about now is apex's stiffness - won't be that much of a hard ride will it? gotta be better than standard!

My car was completely stripped out so would have been crashier than a normal 'heavier' car but tbh, I found them quite good on the road.

No worse than standard springs thats for sure.

Apex were utter shite on my car, running 16's. Ride is awful, and handlings poor too. Eibach sport's are the only springs to go for, if it has to be lower.
