Hillpower is a Ramair maxflow foam filter. Sounds ok, will be louder than the BMC.

BMC feed is gash and 'universal' Hillpower unit is slightly more thought out...With heat shieldin etc.

Wouldn't buy either if it was my greens.

Ive seen the Hill Power, yes it looks nice, however its just some heatshielding that can be bought wrapped around an open filter, which will let heat in.

BMCs are enclosed, ive added a better air feed to mine which goes to the front bumper as the one with it isnt suitable or long enough.
