My car is off the road just now as my brake pad split in two and i need new pads and discs so its sitting in my garage on axel stands so i thought i would give my wheels a clean.
I popped up to my mates who owns a snow foam car wash and gave them a blast and then got them into the house and then gave them a rub down with some T&G and then gave them a wee polish with some Auto Glym.

Avon ZZ3's are a strange choice of tyre for that car?

Got a flat tyre at work and the garage only had these in my size and as the garage is right next door i told them to fit it, I then noticed that the PE2 only had around 2mm on it so i changed that also.
I cant afford a decent set of tures as of yet but when i do i will replace all 4

That looks like a cup wheel that spare? Are you not bothered about the offset difference, or willing to run 3 & 1?

The cup wheel is just an emergency spare that would only be popped on the car to get it from A to B.

My 4 turinis where powder coated at the wheel specialist in Edinburgh and the colour was almost an exact match to the Renault wheel colour.

They are fantastic...mine will be getting refurbed after the cambelt...I think have made my choice. Anyone now the code/name?

If its just an emergency wheel there is no point in getting it refurbed in the same colour as the others IMO - surely you're just wasting money? Just whack it on as and when you need it. Ps - couldn't you just buy a new one from Renault @ a reasonable discount anyway?
