Whine when pulling away?

I have a 2003 clio dynamique and have a weird problem cannot work it out. sometimes when driving (pulling away in 1st) it ocassionally makes a whine sounds like a belt slipping any ideas clutch relase bearing or new box time?

If it sounds like a belt slipping I'd be looking at how loose/worn the alternator belt is first.

replaced it 2 days ago matey defo not the belt
