Whining noise coming from the rear wheels

Hello guys and girls,

I'm after some advice, a couple of weeks ago I heard a like whining rubbing noise coming from the rear passenger side wheel. I believe the noise seems to stay the same whether I'm doing 50 or 70 but when I slow it becomes nosier and slows down when I do. Anybody got any suggestions?

Rear wheel bearing is fucked. These are in the discs rather than the hub on 172's.

I did wonder that but I first thought it was the tyre rubbing but that was fine thanks for ya help mate
