White smoke

Is it normal for renault sport clios to have quiet a lot of white smoke when the engines cold or it's cold outside? But the disappears once warmed up?

Yes, it's condensation.

It's normal for all cars.

If its the standard exhaust it is probably just water in the boxes from condensation.
