white turinis

hey guys can turinis be purchased in white from new or would i have to buy a set and get them coloured?
also anyone know a decent place to get turinis + tyres for cheap :rasp:
looking for 16's to go on my clio extreme.
also would i need spacers at all?

You cant get them in white new spacers you will need if lowering

oh rite ive lowered 60mm so far but looking to go lower
what size spacers are recommended
