Whiteline ARB hard or soft ?

what do you guys recommend for the whiteline rear arb setup ?

the hard or soft setting? ,car will be used mainly on road with the occasional spirited driving.

Your better experimenting yourself mate see what you prefer. Personally I like it on the hardest setting.

what does the softer setting 'do' compared to the harder setting ? how does it feel differnt ?

The softer setting will give you more rear body roll and less cocking it's leg up, the hardest setting will give less body roll (feeling planted) and **** it's legs up more around sharp corners when accelerating hard. Iirc

I've yet to mess with mine but it's set up on medium, but as stevo said it depends on the feel you want or prefer.
