Mine used to... taking it steady it'd easily get 45, on a journey to/from Swansea to see my gf at Uni averaging about 85mph it'd drop to 40... Used to get about 34-36 on short journeys around town and sitting in traffic. A mate told me if you cruise at about 55mph in the 1.2 you can actually achieve more like 50!

Just be glad you haven't got a 2.0 mate With driving to work and sitting in queues etc and then gunning it where I can to try and reduce my journey time I usually get 26-28ish, on a really really long motorway journey it might creep up as far as 36 if I'm lucky!

lol id be happy with 26mpg if i had the power of a 182. im sure my cars not right....260miles to a full tank lol...my old 206 with same size tank (1.4 engine) wud get 330

Grant, yours is a 182 Cup so less desirable than the 182 with cup packs and also this one is less mileage.

But hold out for the price and some one may pay for it. Good luck with the sale.

Lots of fun and an average of 40mpg ? Youy would have to drive like Miss Daisy to get anywhere close to 40mpg, if lot's of fun were had then its nowhere near.
