Why can't order an RSTuner kit??

I've registerd my details and have received a user name ane password but if I try to log in it says that I am "not authourised to view this resource". Anyone else had difficulty?

Had the same difficulty today so I ended up resgistering again with a different email address and all worked fine 2nd time around.
