why do you want a pro ???
why do you want a pro ???Presumably (and this is a guess) because the last powerbook generation had 12", 15" and 17" sized machines and the sales figures dictate that there is not enough of a market to warrant a similar sized machine when the macbook fits that particular niche well.

Macbook is excellent, for but certain applications or multiple applications running is not the best, MBP's G/Cards are excellent, well, much better now.
The 15.4" which is the one next to me now, (I have the original, first Intel one, core duo" is too big for the train, this is where the 13.3" would be amazing.
I would definately buy one.
Prices need to go down too, crazy money. Excellent product.

I don'y see why they would have a 13" mac book pro. I have the middle of the range mac book with a 2.4GHz CPU 2GB of ram and it flies, its pretty much the same spec as the pro, the pro has a much nicer screen, nicer keyboard and a better GFX chip. If I wanted to edit my photos and such on the go the mac pro would be idle, but I dont, so have a good PC for that, then the mac book for all the uses of why people have laptops, web browsing, this and that on the go.
