Wow those arches need totally cutting and replacing mine only had a small rust bubble on side and I got the pair done and it’s not cheap to get done properly
Work to the 1:3 rule

If you can see that much bubble times the rust by 3! The whole quarter is fucked and the other side ain't a great deal better either 😂

I understand it will probably cost more than the car is worth to restore but isn’t this the case with most restorations?

Great selling point that, the car is essentially worthless.

Worth about 500 quid that!

£500 is generous, it's worth what you can weigh it in for.

No-one is gunna want parts off a car thats done 180k and spent a good amount of time at the bottom of the ocean.

Not to offend, but it’s a Clio at the end of the day.. 180,000 it’ll never be a collectors car so why pay anything more then 3 figures? Break it, it’ll be worth more as a breaker.

They’re cool cars, cheap fun. That doesn’t look like cheap fun.

For 500 quid I'd buy it and run it till it fails the MOT, then I'd weld it up, slap some hammerite on it and keep running it, lol.

It's about how they drive, not how they look ;)
