Got a WiFi thingy on order to plug into my computer so i can play the DS online.

For anyone who currently uses their DS online:

How far away can you get before the signal drops out and it won't work online?

Ideally i want to play in my lounge and my computer will be in the room next door. Do you reckon it will work? If not i will have to just play whislt in my bedroom.

I found mine struggled when playing in the front of the house with the PC with wifi dongle in the back. With a wifi router the signal is a lot stronger though and I've never had any problems with either my DS or Xbox 360.

I reckon you'll be okay though.

cool, if not it isn't a big issue but it would be nice to be able to play in the lounge.

As i have a desktop computer i don't really need a wireless bb conenction, so it worked out the cheapest route to go with a wifi usb dongle thingy.

Probably be ok in the house, the signal doesnt have to be perfect, in fact it can be the lowest 1mb/sec wifi connection and still work fine.
