has anybody out there managed to get on the shop channel and download games?
i can get the weather and news channel up but everytime i click on the shop channel it says it cannot connect with the error code '051420' am i doing something wrong??

Type that error code into google and see what comes up, usually there will be some info that will help you solve the problem.

cheers mate just been on google and there seems to be hundreds with the same problem,nintendo reckon the wired lan adapter is not connected but it must be as getting other channels:dapprove:

have you updated recently?

There is an update to sort the shop channel out which makes it a bit quicker. Its probs a timeout error or something, other channels load quicker but the original shop channel takes ages.

Possibly try changing the channel on your wireless router.
