Will 1*2 Discs + pads fit a 1.6 Scenic?

Yeah they will, both pads and discs. Some early 1.6s had 262mm discs but i doubt yours does.

it's a Y reg, not sure on exact date it was made.

If it has 280mm vented front discs which %90 of them do the discs and pads from a 1*2 will fit fine.
