Was it the twin cat with 2 sensors as my old twin cat with 1 sensor was the shorter type. They are about an inch and a half shorter. Im just wandering then if the one with 2 sensors is the same length as a ph2 cat (presumably they made it longer to fit the hole in for the 2nd sensor).

Decat (Janspeed) was labeled for a ph2 / Cup but it fitted fine, no modding or anything.
They didnt do a shorter type twin barrel? Pretty sure it was either twin barrel or single box type, twin being on the later ones, single on the earlier versions.

I thought it was the other way round. All the w and x regs ive seen have the shorter twin type with 1 sensor. But some ys have the twin type with 2 sensors or the exact same box type one as the ph2. Janspeed also do a separate decat/sports cat for the ones with the shorter type.
In summary, the decat will fit as long as the ph1 has the later type twin sensor cats either box or twin type. You can tell by comparing the ends of the centre sections towards the cats end.
