will a Rneualt Alpine CD Changer work with an Aftermarket HU?

As Topic title Are there such adapters, or will an Alpine HU work? Or is it a total no-go?

I had a look couldn never find an adapter for it. It may work with an alpine head unit but im not sure. I just got a headunit with a usb port and hooked a harddrive up to it.

Don't think it's possible at all.

it does with some hu's i think
iirc theres some sony hu's that will work with alpine cd changer and reno steering controls
