Thought I bring this one back from the dead - more of an update really.
Six months hassle free motoring out of it. But the R27 was just too tempting, sat there in front of me when I'd leave my flat for work in the morning, so it had only done a couple of thousand miles since January.
Anyway it's MOT was booked in today at Rentech and yes, it failed on rusted rear sections of both sills. So Dave, from Rentech bought it off me and he's going to get his brother to weld it up for him - Would've cost me 350 quid with MOT, new steering rack boot and welding. So Dave gave me £100 and no charge on the MOT.
