Will I need a new alloy

whats the best way to go about fixing that? i have a set of alloys needing refurbed. i was maybe gna buy a new wheel for one like that though.

im gona be looking at refurbing them myself.
 
that it to a propper refurb place and they can roll it out on a big heavy machine, not a diy job... needs to be done carefully or it can crack..
