the Toxic fume monitoring warning light on?
Its been on since I had the induction kit & backbox fitted.. and Iv had an
emissions test & thats fine.

Wouldn't have thought it would cause the car to fail as long as the emmisions are okay, probably just be an advisory. BTW you can pick up the tools to reset engine/dashboard lights for 20 squid off ebay

thanks dude, I am actually still waiting for 2 things of ebay for over 3 weeks now.

Yep you won't fail so long as emmisons are ok.

Renault charge a fixed fee often for fault finding and sicne the clip computer is £5k maybe you can understand the fee.

Any garage with a computer can clear it.

I can understand the fee but I still think its a bit steep when you can buy
a fault sode reader/clearer for £30 off ebay and do it yourself.

My car passed with flying colours with only an advisory note on the dashboard light.
