Will the 182 manifold be simple swap? I.e. will i use the after cat lambda plug?

as above going to be getting 182 manifold soon and i no there rather long

Now heres my questions for you, as we no the pre cat 172 sensor wont reach to the 182 sensor hole, so will i have to use the after cat 172 sensor plug located under the cars floor (near the fuel lines) or will i have to make the four wirers longer?

anyone done this already?

thankssss

so the length was all good?

what did you do with your second sensor? (one after cat)

did you just unplug it?

  Ph1
Yeah it all plugged straight up. This was on a late, twin cat ph1 model mind although iv never read of anyone having to change the lambda's when doing this conversion.

Yeah plug the 2nd lambda in

  Mk5 golf gti
the sensor before the cat can come like 5-10 cm away from its holder
so ull be sweet but shud jus go straight in anyway
had mine apart today
good looking taking your cat off
took me all day what a b*****d it was lol

wires reach fine.
I also made an MOT cat out of my old 172 cat - cheap and possible with a welder.
