It will certainly fit the steering wheel.
going by the dates they quote then I see no reason why it won't fit a PH1, but I have no idea if there is a difference between PH1 & PH2 on the threaded section of the colum it attaches to.

Thanks for the reply. I have seen a few for sale with Ph2 only, hence wondering about the fitment. I emailed the seller and no joy.
