Will this oil do?

Basically got loads of this oil at work which i can help myself too . I hear Fuchs is a very good quality oil will this be fine in my 172 ? Recently ive been using Mobil .

How much is it on ebay? Opie oils are normaly the cheapest, plus their service is fantastic.
