i think my ecu has blown so i was wonderin if an ecu from a 1.2 1992 mk1 clio (non immobiliser i belive) fit a 1994 1.4 maybe immobilised if it has an immobiliser would the earlier type ecu remove it

I could well be wrong (nothing new there!)

But surely even if it did start the car the map would be wrong anyway, meaning you could not use it without risking causing serious engine damage!

awwwwwwwww well does any1 know it this ECU has an immobiliser SIEMENS HOM7700749946 1994 rt l reg mk1 clio, this is the one from my car and iv seen the same one but i dont wanna buy it if its immobilised because it will b a waste of money
