Window regulator for Megane

Hi. I think I´m not suppost to post about another model than clio, but I am desperate so I hope I am forgiven.

I am posting from Iceland and I have a Megane 2.0 liter, 2004 model, 3 door, with the steering on the left side.
My driver side (left side) window regulator broke and I need to know if I can order the left side (passenger side) from UK
and still deffinitly have the same part? Is there anyone who knows this ?
I managed to get the part number for the part I need if that is any help to someone to give me an answer.
The part number is 820 101 0929.

As would I be very greatful if someone can point me to a good, cheap and trusted part dealer in Uk (London is preferred) that I can order from.
I have a friend in London that I will have it sent to who will get it over the ocean to me.

They aren't the cheapest thing, so a scrap yard/ breakers might be a better option. Renparts might have one in.
