Window streaks on rear window

Hi I seem to have streaking down my window, cleaned inside and out and can't seem to get it of, does anyone know how to get the streaks of? I have attached pictures

telcom powder takes similar marks off paint so it may work on glass?

I got the marks of with turtle wax glass Polish in the end
