window switch (LED RESISTOR)

I have had the blue led conversion but one of the resistors in the window switch has broken does any1 know either what size resistor i need or can any one tell me the value of green, brown, black, black, brown the last black and brown where thinner lines that the first 3 not sure if that makes any difference
