Windows Media Player: MP3 Ripping Plugin.

I can't rip CDs at anything higher than 192k using windows media player.

I need a plugin to get higher quality ripping... can anyone point me in the right direction (non-commercial site?).

Are you using media player 10? if you are try the Windows Media player 11 beta..
