Windscreen demist problem

The windscreen demister doesn't seem to blow very hard even on 4 it still struggles and it's annoying at the moment with this weather. It blows through allthe other vents fine.
Please help.

Im thinking it may be a flared servo connecter as per the heater control probs in this thread?

The white wheel in my photos with the same connector is the one which controls your feet/middle/screen settings, it may be this one which has broken, easily mended with a 7mm ziptie.
