Hi i was driving down the a12 on way home from work and a lorry flinged a stone at my windscreen, and now i have a crack !!! stupid lorries !!!
How much if anyone knows is it for a new windscreen ?? as it wont be able to be repaired i dont recon as its like 30-40 cm long in the top passenger corner

Aye get in touch with your insurance, I think my insurance charge £70 excess for it.

A new windscreen is circa £300 - £400 from AutoGlass or similar!

£317 pound as i rung up if i didnt £390 stupid price its only like an inch long, she said dont worry it wont shatter or fall in on you as its lamminated lol i felt so much better after she said that .......

a little bit off progress just spoke to a mate of mine next door and i can get it for £100 plus vat fitted ,, think i might go for that somehow rather than autoglass

can you not get it thru your insurance?

mine is 75quid n thats will churchill

and I know how you feel, same happened to me the same day I scrapped my arches along a pipe while parking.

Who and where is doing a windscreen that cheap. I've got a lovely stone chip and cracked and is now just over a foot long along the bottom from chasing after Bassyboi
