Windscreen

Only really noticed since the sun has come out but my windscreen is FULL of tiny white spots, it's pretty dangerous when the sun is gleaming because I can hardly see anything. Tried claying it but nothing....

I don't think they're tiny chips but can't think what else it is, any ideas or is it just a buggered windscreen?

happened to a mate of mine. he had spray paint on his. i used the blade from a stanly knife scrapped them of then clayed and polished

Autoglym Glass Polish might be worth a try. if not then you might have to get a machine polisher and use Cerium Oxide on a felt pad to polish it out. Might be worth trying a tar and glue remover if you have one.

It's hard to know without seeing it, but do they feel raised? If so you will probably need a more heavy duty clay bar (meguiars off the shelf won't cope with overspray like stuff). If not that, machine polishing will remove them. They defo not chips?
