wing mirror

Hi all
I know I'm going sound a bit thick lol but I've just got a clio 1.4 RT on a T plate and i can't find how to move the drivers side wing mirror?? passengers side has a little stick but drivers side don't

and there is no control stick on door as-well or anywhere

someone's properly fitted an electric mirror to the drivers side thats why theres no manual control inside the car.

will have to press on the mirror glass its self to adjust it.

will it go threw an MOT like that??

yes will pass.it dont need to be adjustable to pass an mot.
