wiper mech hitting plastic when moving

i had to remove the whole wiper motor from the car to get to the washer bottle since i lost the rubber washer for the pump

when i fitted it all together exactly how i took it off ive noticed when i turn on the wipers i hear a knocking sound and the drivers side wiper mech is touching the glass

has anyone has this solution or know how to sort this its been giving me a headache for a while now
