Wipers going up but not coming back down...

As above really, I've found that if my windscreen isn't completely soaked, just a bit of water on it, the wipers won't come back down and I find myself having to push them for them to return. Wiper motor? Something else?

I suggested that on the way to FCS! Had to employ the Mrs. to push them down from the passenger window
