lol

I was just impressed with the speed I was getting via my Macbook Pro, seemed ultra quick tonight so I thought I would share the experience.

Thats just via Wireless, its 50Mb+ hardwired on the PC.

Stop dreaming and get it done, assuming you are in a suitable, equipped area!

Oh hai, I also have a Macbook y0. Aluminum goodness cooling my palms as I type this important message.

/smug.

LOL Danny, I am 4metres from my Homehub and have signal problems.

Just changed the router to mixed g/b only and here is the result....

Wireless N obviously makes a difference.

i live in the sticks.knew my connection was s**t but not that bad lol
quickest we can get for now though

How can you even load webpages with that sort of connection?

Must take ages mate! :(

The speedtest is pinging from your router to the proposed destination.

How is your internal wireless going to affect the speed at which the internet connection downloads the files?

Additionally, it doesn't portray the true speed, merely an indication as to what it is and every time, it's going to be a different time you run the test.
