won't red line :(

Sometimes my car doesnt want to red line, the shift light comes on way before the red line and i have to change gear because it tops out any1 got any ideas?????

The limiter kicks in earlier so the engine doesn't damage itself

No.... you think it was warm, because of that guage telling you so :rasp:

The oil wasn't up to temperature, so the engine was still cold. Even after 20 minutes of driving, if you haven't driven it hard, it still won't have warmed up fully.

sounds like its not warm enough it if cuts in then, but if you dont believe us take it to the stealers

Your just losing power by going so far up the rev range, it wont be doing you any favours in terms of power IMO.

Please dear, read what I've said again, your car doesn't have a problem, it's just that it hasn't warmed up fully. I know because mine does it too if I haven't let it warmed up, even after 20+ minutes

Your car doesn't have a problem, it's just that it hasn't warmed up fully. I know because mine does it too if I haven't let it warmed up, even after 20+ minutes
