was snowing havin a wee bit of fun and came round a corner and there was a burst water pipe that had been running down the road that had turned into sheet ice on the road! hit it and went straight lol thru a bush and front end in a ditch lol.

radiator pushed against the clutch arm that the clutch cable goes thru meaning i had no clutch, managed to get it into first gear and start it in gear and drive home in first lol.

front ends been needing painted for ages just never bothered getting it done since its my runaround but nows the chance!!!

So 20mph top speed LOL.

But surely once it's going you can change gears without the clutch.

Just put a small amount of pressure on the gearstick (toward neutral) and come off the throttle, it'll just pop out of gear. Then rev match for the next gear and gently push it back into whatever gear you want.

accidents happen. Carparks are the place to go for snow drifting. Shame it hasn't snowed in the last year and abit since i've had my car.

yeah i could have but didnt want to drive too fast due to bits of bumper dragging under car and touching the wheel lol

lol aye fukin grass hanging out the bumper! whaping the bumper and rad off it tomorrow morning to have a wee look make sure its all straight.

lucky it was grass and mud it hit rather than a wall/tree etc so it all looks good, subframe is untouched, slam pannel fine etc so its just a new bumper job and possibly radiator its either burst radiator or radiator hose not had time to look yet but it lost coolant!
