working from home...need some it help please

Would really appreciate some assistance from anyone who can assist.

I am working from home tomorrow to see if possible to work from home incase of a swine flu breakout at my work.

My work phone has been diverted to works mobile so calls are sorted.

I access my works system via a citrix connection.

I use 3 main systems which can all access successfully as well as ms outlook.

My main issue is after sending an e-mail from outlook at work I usually drag e-mail from sent box to my main claims system which has a document viewer built in, i am finding it impossible just to drag and drop which is a simple process.

Any ideas?

So let me get this straight.

At work you have a 3rd party (none Microsoft) application for viewing insurance claims and the application allows you to drag and drop MSOutlook emails into it?

I would never recommend dragging and dropping over a Citrix connection. No doubt you will have to use the slightly longer route of Opening the Emailing, "Save As" and then within your application adding it as an attachment.
