Workshop manual for 182 predicament

  A beautiful black 182
Hi dudes n dudettes

New to the forums but cool to look around!!! just wondering, i have had a search and realise there is no manual for the 172 or 182 although there are some pdf's that i can downlaod that are useful.
Am i able to use a Haynes 01-05 manual for some of the basics...if so i will purchase one.

Cheers for your time :D

Be cool

I would say purchase a Haynes manual... get one on ebay though. I paid £9 for mine brand new on there and then sold my old manual for £10 :D

I have a copy of the Rs Service Manual i downloaded it from here ?

Although it is dated July 1999 and focuses on and has pics of the Clio Ph1 172, it is still useful for reference when doing work like Cambelt changes etc etc.

And also includes information about the

  • Fuel & Injection System,

  • Charging & Starting Systems,

  • Cooling System,

  • Clutch & Manual Gearbox Assembly (although Ph1 Dominated),

  • Steering System

  • Braking Sytems including ABS

  • Air Conditioning Systems

I its useful as most of the information in it is Generic over the Rs 172/182 Clio range :)
