Worn Rear Bushes - Easy to Change and Part No?

  PH1 172 Sport
As title need to change my rear bushes as they were an advisory on my MOT. Is it an easy job? i.e i've tackled the Aux belt on my own so how does it compare?! Also has anyone got a part number for the bushes so i can get some ordered from Renault?

Thanks

Phoned Rentech. Apparently they are a b*****d to change and are not known to fail very often so they are going to check them out when its serviced in a few weeks.

  Lots of Alfas
I take it you mean the trailing arm bushes?? I think they have to be pressed in, Renault use a special tool.

On last MOT it says they are worn but as you and Rentech have said they hardly ever fail. The guys at Rentech seem to think its probably an MOT tester error. Where are they so I can take a look at them myself I'm just curious where they are?!

Yea MOT tester error. look underneath at the rear you will see the main axle. where it bolts to the floor of your car there are two rubber bushes one each side there refuring to them

Yea cos they twist and flex as there designed when you take the wait off there are small cracks which is normal but some MOT testers get carried away

I'm sure this was picked up as an issue on my cup, that was serviced on Monday... "50% separated" I'm sure the notes said - reliable, reputable garage too.

IF this is the case, how much am I looking to sort?
