Would it be harder to sell my car now?

After Watchdog resissued a statement about the Clio bonnet issue, would this mean that my car will be much harder than it was before to sell?

Because people will be well aware of the bonnet catch problem, and most likely wouldn't want to take this risk.

I feel i will find it a task to sell privately, but im sure trading it in, will be easier.

i got a letter from renualt. took it down there they looked at it. said it was ok and gave me proof it had been looked at. even if you havent got a letter go down there and ask them to do it. its free. then if a poss buyer askes you can show them its been looked at

I didn't actually get proof that they did it, a mechanic just came out to my car and checked it, that was it.
