Would you pay £12k for this Williams

A 10 year old car, rust on the drivers door, but just because it was once owned by Ryan Giggs (and has a very tacky sticker on the ashtray) does it really make it worth the £12k the owner claims he was offered for it, when you can get a mint Willy 3 with careful non-footballer owners for half that amount??!?
