It's not frost at 8deg. So there was either oil/unicorn piss or you weren't driving to the conditions.

Get some clearer pics of the car up. You still don't have to claim through your insurance even if they recovered the car to your house for you. You can just leave it at that. If no airbags went off you won't be looking at too much structural damage.
