can everyone please stop tarnishing all Arnold Clarks with the same brush, i work at the St Helens one, which im glad to say has quite a good reputation

if any of you choose to take your car in, then it will be looked after, as Maz points out the RTE at St Helens, Ant, is very good and does look after customers and their cars

BRUN I see your point, especially as you work there, only problem I have about St Helens is that it was a lot better when it was Dutton James

Thing with Arnold Clark is that they run on such tight margins for a main dealership, and that often reflects in their customer service for a variety of reasons.

well i dont know the ins and outs, ive only worked there for 1 month, but what i can tell you is that the service dept ARE customer service focused from what ive seen

I complained about the general service and money i seemed to be spending at a certain renault dealer in gateshead. after a one letter to the dealer and one letter to renault uk, i have just received on fri afternoon a brand new set of speedline turini's for my cup and also £150 off my next service which is 48k! write the letter mate no harm in trying and if you're lucky you may get something out of it!
