Always happens mate, put a parent on as a named driver also.

Nothing illegal.

I have my dad on mine but he does sometimes drive it.

Anyone know what happens if you add an older female driver who's had an accident in the last couple years, mum only just tapped someones boot but had to claim, never tried added he, i'd imagined it'd go up?
It goes up with my dad too, he's 45, never had an accident himself, so no-ones on the insurance... which mum doesn't like, although i understand if anything ever happened that i couldn't drive, no one could move it, without having to get insurance first

Quite impressed with Green light for me, £1550 offered from Brentacre, Greenlight have offered £1090 with half the excess of brentacre, courtesy car, like for like on mods, yet to ring up or add a named driver so hoping it will come down a bit!

Leave it mate.

My mum was a named driver on my 1st car, somebody pulled in front of me, we crashed, turned out my mum 3 years prior had a slight ding in a car park when she reversed into a lampost, I didn't know, insurers cancelled my insurance I was left in the sh1t, got accident solicitors involved and they were stars.

They basically told Morethan where to go, threatened them with legal action, I got my car paid for by the solicitors, along with £800 refund from more than when they cancelled the insurance and the solicitors removed the cancellation from my history as they said it was on unfair grounds.
