Xbox high fan speed

So i managed to fix my xbox of RROD using the team xecuter kit but now i have a new problem

The fans almost instantly seem to run at 100% speed and then the xbox cuts out with the Overheating error lights.

Strange thing is nothing feels very hot so im stumped?

you sure the heat sinks are tight to the cpu/gpu ?

yeh couldnt get them any tighter. Will double check tomorrow though.

My friend suggested possibly a sensor error?

They don't need to be as tight as they can go! It causes other problems as it will bend the motherboard.
