Xbox on Laptop

I will be spending 4 hours on a ferry tomorrow and I was wondering whether I can play my xbox though my Laptop using a HDMI cable. Anyone done it?

Not unless you are very very clever and can do some hardcore coding to reverse the hdmi

I think it was easier because you could use an analog tv tuner plugged into your laptop.
