Xbox wont connect to Live

Basically I connect my xbox up via my laptop. It was fine the other night, and now tonight it wont connect. I ran the network test and its connecting to the network, but not to the internet. Diagnosis is something about my router not auto signing DNS servers, and I have to set them manually..... how do I do this?

Still not connecting. I haven't changed any settings on my xbox or router between it working and not working. So why won't it just 'work' like it did before?
